I wish this B**** would STOP calling FH. Why won't she stop? They messed with each other very early in our relationship. This relationship has been over for 3 years. She keeps calling. She calls his job. She calls his cell all types of hours. It is driving me crazy. Why is it driving me crazy? I should be over this..... My biggest nightmare is that she will show up at our wedding. I am so mad. She just called a few minutes go. I picked up the phone and told her to stop calling him. I know this is what she wants, but can she get a life. What is wrong with her???? Could someone please explain to me why is she calling him. I mean FH is drop dead sexy and the sweetest guy and such a gentleman, he loves his momma, he is committed, and would be an amazing father. But he is my FH. FH feels like I should not have to answer her calls. He feels like he is failing me because he can't make her stop calling and I feel like I have to handle the situation. Can she get this, can she just move on. Help me understand her, help understand why I am so aggravated with this situation.

I agree!!! Change that number!!! I know it's a hassle, but I guarantee it isn't more of a hassle than dealing with her!

I agree with Espo. Changing his number would stop the calls from this chick. It's an inconvenience for him to do so, but it would alleviate stress from your lives.

i agree with denise...
it's completely normal that you'd be upset over this... but try not to dwell on it! it's one of the hardest things in life to realize that not everyone wishes you well. she is probably very jealous that you two are engaged, and is trying to weasel her way back in with him. but from what you said, he obviously loves you and will not let that happen. just ignore her.... she sounds like she thrives on attention.

That was going to be my question too? When she calls does he talk to her? I know he is a gentleman and prob doesn't want to hurt her feelings, but he is hurting yours, his FW!!! Sorry this happened to you!

Thanks Ladies, FH did tell her to stop calling for the first few months but that did nothing. FH is really considering changing his mumber the problem is that the cell is for both personal and business calls- everyone who does business with him has this number. But this morning he say he will really consider it as he figures out the business piece.

Re: vent
Does he talk to her, even a little bit, when she calls? Because she needs to be hung up on as soon as she calls. I think she sounds unstable--no one calls someone else's fiance like that if they're normal. Do you know this girl at all? Know her friends? If you do, call one and tell her/him that this girl is going off the rails and you're going to have to call the cops on her. Because if it doesn't stop, and your FH can't change his number, you're going to have to call the cops. Or maybe you or he should tell her the next time she calls that you're calling the cops. If she's not crazy, she'll stop.

That definitely changes the ball game. Record every time she calls in a log (time, date, what she said, what you said). You should go to the police with this information (and definitely tell them that FH previously told her that she was to stop calling) and they will be able to advise you on how to handle it.
Will the phone company allow you to block the phone number at your request?

Agreed. I once heard somewhere that if you get unwanted calls from someone, don't respond 50 times, then yell into the phone, 'Stop calling me!' on the 51st call, you have taught the caller that it will take 51 tries to get you to respond.

Re: vent
someone else mentioned it but i'll say it again.. the next time she calls explain very nicely and firmly that this is considered harrassment and if she calls again you will be contacting the police department and pressing charges.. then call u'r police department and file a complaint against her to get it on record.. call the phone company and put a block on he phone number. and if she calls again ffrom a diff number or osmething then call the cops and prss charges..
and yes FH needs to step in and tell her to stop calling..
