For all of you ladies who are using Zales for your wedding bands, please beware. FH and I ordered his wedding band from there about 3 months ago. It finally came in after a month and a half. When we went to pick it up it was toooo small. He couldn't even get it on his pinky.
We had to continue going back to the store 6 times because every time we went the ring was tooo small. Finally this past week it went over his knuckle. He said that the size is perfect and it is comfortable but it looks too tight to me. I think he is tired of going back to the store.
I don't understand how a store whose only business is jewelery can't get a ring size correct.
