So I went on walk with the FH today and he told me that his newly engaged freinds are going to look at our RH for a wedding BEFORE ours!

Am a wrong to be upset by this? I'm not angry but hurt that they would consider booking the place we are getting married before our date. I don't think they ever even heard of it before we booked.

How many mutual friends do you guys have? They might not be thinking in those terms...

Soo annoying though. FH's cousin had her baby's FIRST BIRTHDAY at Russo's and his family hadn't had anything there ever before that. There are 29837493287 in BK you could have had a birthday party at. And it was in the SAME ROOm we're getting married in.

That I said, I know how you feel, but if ont he slight chance they decide to choose that place, it won't interfere with your day. Don't worry too much about it.

Fh and them have all the same friends!!!!

I know I told him I hope they hate it(but why would they) or that every date is booked.
I asked FH to just calmly talk to his friend and explain that it would upset me.

oh boo! i would be upset. But like the girls said, hopefully it'll be booked before your date or they won't like it or hopefully it won't be within your price range.

I would be so upset too! I'm sorry but let us all keep our fingers crossed for you!

But I mean like why would they even want to look there? I would never want to have the same place as anyone in my circle of friends! That's so silly on their part!

if they are your friends I would address the issue with them.

I would have no problem calling them out on how messed up that is

UNLESS you dont really have any mutual friends, in that case it's just a chance for you to see how good the hall is in action :)

That would actually really upset me. We spent so much time looking for a RH and did not go to any halls that we had been to weddings at (which was so hard b/c they were all awesome!).

sorry you have to deal with the added stress.

I would definitely be upset since I did so much research to find my RH and like you said, they might've never even heard of it before you guys booked. It'd be like copying your hw and handing it in first!

I am crossing my fingers that they will be ALL booked or out of their price range.

LOL, no, this was her first baby. But it pissed me off cause one of the reasons we chose Russo's is cause FH's family hadn't used it cause they've hogged every place in BK we weould have considered. And then 6 months after we booked, she picks Russo's. Snotrag.

ETA, the part was 6 months later, so she had to have booked it really shortly after we did. Snotrag x 2.
