So now the lady sends me the final picture of the cake topper before she sends it out and she put the spokes on the wrong way! If I stuck it in my cake the logo would be upside down. Are you kidding me???

Ok that is something she HAS to fix... that has nothing to do with money or the contract, tell her she constructed it upside down!!

I agree I would tell her that you can not have a cake topper that is upside down and that she has two choices: (1) fix it or (2) return your money!

That's ridiculous! From what I have read it seems she is lacking some common sense. I hope the situation can be rectified or she reimburses your money.

This is crazy! Def demand that she fix it. At the very least you can give her negative feedback to warn others. What is the name of the vendor you are using - I want to be sure to avoid her!
