(Sorry Donna no offense to you)But these people who work for this particular company must have to fail and intelligence test to work there. Not only do they deny my coverage EVERY time I try to use my insurance because they tell me that I have another primary insurance, but they have it in writing that we cancelled my other insurance. But I am talking to one of the 'intelligent' people who work for this company and he says to me,'Well you have to call this other number'. I say to him, 'Well, it's after 5:00pm are they still open, he said absolutely'! Well I call and guess what the F&%king recording says- OUR HOURS ARE FROM 9-5
Thankfully my pharmacy gave me 4 of the pills that I NEED to tie me over until Monday when I can call these idiots!!! They are going to be so sorry when they get me and my pregnancy hormones on the line! I have had it- I was PROMISED last time that this would not happen again and of course it did!!!

Is it 1199? That is Dh's insurance and I have been dealing with the same crap from them!! Good Luck!

No but it is through a union (812) so I bet you it is still the same company! I am not going to a happy camper on Monday!
