I’m sure many of you remember that. Well, in case any of you remotely are wondering, “Where is Zuzuspetals?” Here is my explanation.

1) I just don’t have as much spare time and when I do I’d rather not spend it online.

2) I can no longer entertain the countless posts from spoiled self centered women. There have been several times where I have started a rebuttal that lacked all maturity because I pretty much wrote, “Honey, you need a reality check! Please take your head out of your @$$ so you can realize how absolutely ridiculously you sound.” Thankfully I never posted such a response because that would be horribly wrong of me!

3) The name calling has pretty much gotten out of hand and I feel like I’m in my 2nd grade classroom all over again.

4) Lastly, I just don’t think I “fit” in this crowd. As much as I want a fabulous wedding I do not hold it on some unrealistic pedestal. I realize that my wedding day is such a small part of my life when looking at it as a whole. Sometimes I think many women on here are going to be shocked to pieces when there wedding day comes and goes. It will be a huge wake up call for many people and unfortunately I see many of my own friends loose sight of what’s really important. I refuse to design my reception to impress other people and I’ve seen a lot of that on here.

I miss the light hearted fun I had on this site but lately I use this site for information purposes only. I will post when I can help a fellow bride with planning and any other aspect. I will post questions when needed and will offer any advice or helpful hints when I can. If anyone needs to contact me for help please feel free. I check my FM daily and I’m not MIA.

I'm not feeling happy vibes from this post and I'm worried. I know what you are talking about though. And it has been a little rough around here lately.....but its just a forum. And its kind of like life...I don't like everything or everyone I come into contact with in day to day living...but I just keep breathing and ignore.

Justine you are an amazing asset to these boards and you know I think the world of you. You are one of the most honest, down to earth, and not afraid to be you..on these boards. I admire you. And I know there are other people on here who think the same. Some of us have become friends with you and think you are a little ray of sunshine.

You can still be an enthusiastic poster....you NEED to be. Its in times like these you should post more..and help the good ju ju vibes of the board. I know its hard...and some people are a bit ridiculous...but pay no attention...divert the attention by making a happy post.

You are not the first bride to experience this, and I dare say, you will not be the last.

For whatever reason, drama seems to come to a head every so often.

The '06 girls experienced something very similar (a poster banned, a cry out to Ron, an account reinstated) about a year ago. I almost think it is a rite of passage for each year's girls to go through.

Don't let drama run you off. The only thing that will accomplish is that the board's will lose a poster - the drama will live on.

I post here because I really love talking about weddings... I just can't stand when other 'stuff' get in the way and when people take it to new levels and don't let it go. This is a chat room. It's not my life. I LOVE posting on it because I love getting ideas and I am truly obsessed now with weddings, but the drama HAS TO GO. It's not worth it. At the same time, I don't know what I would have DONE trying to plan this wedding without this website!

Please don't stop posting with us just because of a few that ruin it every now and then! We miss you!!!

Hi ~ I am sorry you feel that way... but I totally understand what you are talking about! The drama I can do without...I come here to get some new information/ideas or share my own...

I really think that I missed something here! What happened to cause so many ladies to get upset??

Any way don't stop posting! Don't let it get you down! Most of us would prefer to talk about nice things to do with our FH's, futures and weddings rather than drama. We all get enough drama in the real world. This should be a place to talk about our exciting planning experiences. Sure it's nice to have deep conversations on here sometimes, hearing others opinions is good, but not to the point that people get hurt and discontinue using this site. The drama will fade as soon as it came.

Zuzuspetals, I don't know you as some of the other posters do, but I hope to see you posting again soon!

Okay girl ... So, I am going to tough it out! You were right - I'm not going to accomplish anything by not posting. I guess I will have to just take some 'time off' when I start getting annoyed with certain aspects of this site. In addition, I may just start speaking my mind lol So - we will see! I don't know you but I totally respect your POV! All the drama and bullsh*t that's posted on here daily is something I roll my eyes at and laugh at... it's basically entertainment because I completely agree that girls totally lose sight of what's important and focus too much on 'sweating the small stuff'. I'm an '08-er, so I've got a good two years ahead of me on this godforsaken addiction of a website (MySpace who??)
Please stick around because I have a feeling from what the other girls have posted you are a wealth of information!
