And i still didnt book a florist, pick out BM dresses, book the limos.....AHHH im starting to stress Fh and I are so busy its so hard to get things done! We get home late during the week and our weekends are booked with our friends weddings and other family events.
My wedding dress came in about 3 weeks ago and I still have no visited it yet! Is something wrong with me???? lol I have no time to do anything

yeah I'm about where you are - have not booked hair, limos, hotel block, BM dresses or even thought about Rehearsal Dinner. . breathe - it will be okay - as long as you have a hall, music, and photo!

dont worry my wedding is not too long after yours and i still have a lot of things to do too .,.. i understand how you feel. FH and i are both working full time and going to school at night ... life is nuts! but just do one thing at a time. pick one task and give yourself a deadline

dont worry - you still have time - think about it, some people have engagements that are only 8 months long so trust me when i say you have time....i booked limos last week about 40 days before the wedding! it will be fine....i think that sometimes LIW makes you feel that you have to rush rush rush to book - unless there is a vendor that you HAVE to have, i wouldnt go crazy with worrying about booking everything so early...

I think you are right when you say LIW makes you feel like you have to rush! Some girls that are getting married way after me next year and they more things accomplished than I do!! I have all the major vendors booked -so im happy about that- Im worried about the BM dresses thou I cant find ANY that I like! But you are right! Im going to go at my own pace! Thanks!!

Dont worry I didnt get BM dresses until 4months before because we couldnt find anything. Its ok it really only takes about 2/3 months for them to come in.
Flowers & limos well limos u can also book 6 months before & flowers u need to get on soon.

Don't worry! I think the only reason I got anything done at all is because I want to keep up with everyone else on this site!
You have plenty of time so there is no need to stress! It will all come together eventually!

Deep breath. RELAX! You still have 8 months! People plan entire weddings in 8 months! You are way ahead of the game if you've ordered your dress already, so no need to panic. The dress is usuall the hard part!
If it makes you feel any better, my wedding is in 10 months and I'm just going to sign the contract on my RH next weekend. You're WAY ahead of me. It'll all get done.

My wedding is 6.5 months away and I did flowers and dresses (other than FG which I is on teh Nov. list) all in October. I still have a lot to do. Make a list of one or two things to try and get done each moth. For November, I am trying to decide on invites! So many people planning weddings in 6m. Don't worry.
PS - Everyone kept telling me OMG you still don't have flowers. I literally went to 2 places last Saturday, 2 places the Saturday before and booked. We did it very early in the morning - talk leaving our house at 8am since we dont live in LI so we could make family events, etc. I don't shop around like crazy. FM if you need advice on getting the florist booked fast. I have great recommendations.

Don't worry...you have MORE then enough time. My wedding is about 5 months away, and I still need to book DJ and Limos and start paying everything off. With Christmas poppin up in the middle of those short months, I'm starting to freak. FH keeps cooling me off, but I just can't help but freak. LOL
