What is the average price per plate for a Saturday or Sunday next summer? How much less is it during the year?

It really depends on location.... May-October is considered prime season and will be more expensive then November-April....Fridays are cheaper during any month

She is 100% right we were looking into winter....February or March. We got quotes from $90/pp to $65/pp if u ask me that is a really big gap! And every location has a different idea of what winter is. Some concidered March winter others considered it spring. But the one thing that every place has in common is sat night most expensive then Friday th hen Sun being the cheapest. If u do after noon weddings they are cheaper ( for example an old co worker got married at crest hallow about a month ago on a sat afternoon she shoots she paid $125/pp where a sat night was $150/pp or something like that. ) weekdays are even cheaper.
