Hi, We are setting up appointments to see different venues, I want to make sure to schedule enough time to visit each venue and travel to the next. How long do the appointments at the venues typically last?

I think I made mine 1.5 hours apart. It depends how far the venues are from each other. If you are running late or if you want an earlier appointment, most places are accommodating. Just call to let them know.
Weekends are harder: they usually stop appointments at a certain time to set up for events later. If possible, I'd try doing weekday appointments so you aren't rushed and if they are available. If not, do early appointments on the weekends.

Most of our appointments lasted about an hour. So we set up our appointments 1.5 hours apart just to be safe. It depends on the distance. We saw Jericho terrace in minneola and east wind in wading river in the same day. I don't know what iwas thinking on that one lol. Definitely geographically map out your places before trying to make appointments lol

I would def give 1.5-2 hours between each. We showed up early to some and they still showed us once we arrived.

I didn't have one appointment last longer than 20 minutes.
