I am going to check out the following vendors in the coming weeks: Watermill Caterers, Smithtown Landing Country Club, Westbury Manor and Woodbury Country Club.
Does anyone have any suggestions, comments about any of the above?

I saw Watermill & Westbury Manor. We loved westbury manor (obviously, we booked there haha) We liked watermill a lot it was just a little too far four our guests to travel. We met with Bill and he was very nice & accomidating and seemed willing to throw things in and work with us. The indoor decor is beautiful. (we were there in january so the outside wasn't too nice but i picture it being beautiful when everything is in bloom)

As for westbury manor, we worked with Ian. Hes awesome.The grounds are stunning! We got everything we wanted for what I think was a fair price.

I am booked at Watermill, I know I am biased but I love it! It is so beautiful & I felt like the price was very good for all that we are getting! The food is DELICIOUS! They are having a showcase on Feb 26th & 27th, where you can try some of their food!

My sister had her wedding at Westbury Manor a few years ago, and it was fabulous!! I didn't consider it (just because my sister had her wedding there & I wanted something different) but there is NOTHING negative I can say about it!
