Venue help!

Hello..my finance and I are having a hard time deciding between two venues. We're down to Venetian Yacht Club and Smithtown Landing. We're thinking of getting married next September or October, but just can't decide. Has anyone had their weddings here or have been to any weddings at those two venues and if so how was your experience? Anything will help! Thank you :)

Venue help! - Long Island Weddings

I went to a wedding at Smithtown Landing in June and it was great!! The food was good, the ball room was prettier than I expected and everyone had a really great time. I feel like your trying to chose from 2 completely different types of venues, water setting vs country club setting...which is more you?

I know! Haha they are completely different. I think because we want fall we're leaning towards smithtown landing. You really can't beat their price. Thanks for the info!

Venue help! - Long Island Weddings

I've been to weddings at both and I personally liked the one at Smithtown Landing better. This is just me but I like venues that are little more rustic than opulent.

Venue help! - Long Island Weddings

I have only been to Smithtown Landing but thought they did a very nice job. And the wedding I went to there was in October. Everyone had a great time and everything was so well organized.
