Venue Questions

Does anyone have a list of questions they asked when looking at venues? We are looking at our first 4 venues this weekend and I have an extensive list but I am so excited I feel like I may be forgetting something important.

Venue Questions

The biggest questions we asked at initial meetings was price, availability for our date, what was included, if vendors are half price/free/full price, minimum gaurentee, max capaxtity of the room, and maybe a few other questions. Most of the places came right out with all the important information. Don't worry about asking all the right questions because you can always call or email whoever you meet with with any other questions you think of. Just focus on the place and the price and if you love it.

Venue Questions

Make sure to ask if the pricing includes tax and gratuity .... and ALWAYS ask if they can do a better price. Some may budge on it and others may throw in a few extras to make you feel better about getting your money's worth
