Venue & Wedding Planner Quote?
Hello ladies. I am newly engaged and while I thought I would wait a week or so to start planning I am too excited to wait and FH and I have started researching venues. We are flexible on date and are targeting a Saturday night in April/May 2013.
We will be having our ceremony and reception at the venue so we wanted something a bit unique, like a mansion or historic house. Thing is, we are looking to keep it small, around 100-120 people. We are interested in Bourne Mansion and De Seversky. Is anyone willing to share quotes they received for these venues and how flexible the venue was with guaranteed minimums? Are there other similar type venues you would suggest?
I also am thinking I definitely need a wedding planner, if not only as a DOC but to help on an ad hoc basis throughout. I know people here love Cheeky Glam, are there others? If you could send me any quotes you received so I can see if this is in my budget, that would be awesome.
