We have tentatively booked the Crescent (Max 300) for Oct 2005. However, my parents don't think we can get away with less than 400 people.
Do you know any venues that can accomodate a party of 400-450, AND has not more than one wedding at a time? FH refuses to use a venue that holds more than one event at a time. He is even requesting a venue on the water...
Is there such a place on the island? 400-450 people, 1 event at a time, on the H2O???

hello, i went to an excellent wedding last week at the hamlet in commack. by far the best place for a wedding. it sits right on a golf course and they had about 320 people. i would check it out.

Check out villa lombardis, my friend invited over 400 people, only 350 came but the room could hold more people
I second Floral Terrace. We just had our reception there (May 16) and it was amazing. Food, service, everything was top notch. We are still getting phone calls from guests telling us how amazing the food and service were. I also posted a review of my wedding on the review board. Good Luck
