Mine were initally 1.56 per invite and then i took them to another post office and they said 1.22 (2 wedding cake stamps). I had FMIL go to the post office today to get one hand cancelled and double confirmed that it was 1.22 and it was. You can always try getting a 2nd opinion!

i guess it cant hurt, but my co-worker went and she had the reverse happen, they originally told her less and then she ended up paying more, i dont get how it can differ though such bs

I went to 2 post offices and the both told me $1.05.......
we also put the 2 cakes (.61) instead of 1 cake and 1 ring (.44) because we are a-holes.

Me too. Mine are going to be 1.73 per invite. They consider it parcel not post because of its 7x7 size. Otherwise it would be .93. I am soooo annoyed. Its gonna cost a FORTUNE. We took it to two post offices. we will try a third this week to check again.

I'm not thinking mine were a bargain at $1.05 an invite. I didnt even think to do two cakes...but it would have looked prettier. I didnt love how the cake and rings looked...but whatever at this point!
