okay, okay.... i know not wedding related! BUT i really need help!
I have Verizon wireless right now but for some reason I have just really always hated Verizon... the service is not bad at all i just hate it.
I use to have Tmobile years ago and I can't remember if I ever had real problems with it or not... They have great plans for great prices and awesome cell phones!
I hate Verizon cell phones and their plans are expensive...
SO, my contract is up and I am trying to figure out which to get.
Any suggestions? who has what and what are the pros and cons and blah blah blah? Thanks girles!

I started out with Omnipoint way back in 1997...then Sprint...which i absolutely hated...their service was bad...and have had Verizon ever since...DH has had Verizon as well...and we love them...yeah the plans aren't the best as far as minutes for your money...but the fact that i always have service is what matters most to me. I will stick with Verizon.

I used to live in the bronx and TMobile ******. I have had sprint, Nextel,, and everythin in between, including verizon which is what I have stuck to. I hate their internet services but for wireless their customer service is the best AND they worked during that big NYC blackout a few years back; went down for a few hours but then came back up within 2 hours or so and I got through to my now DH. So we stick with them.

I had Nextel for a long time and loved it until sprint took over. I still had really good reception but I started getting charged for long distance when I had long distance in my plan. They told me they didn't know what was wrong and couldn't fix it so I had to call every month to get a credit which I thought was bullsite!!!! Then they started charging me for going over my minutes by like 400 minutes and I don't use my phone that often. So I actually just switched to At&t (cingular). So far so good.

i have verizon and starting to really hate the service ...i always have an echo and they over charged me on my last bill by 50 bucks!!!! and if u call them to explain the $400 in taxes that they charge they have no clue lol...lets just say that i have a horrible taste in my mouth lol

I have Verizon and I love it! The phone that you choose makes a huge difference in the reception and dropped calls. If you go to Best Buy they will type in your zip code and tell you what the service coverage will be for the area that you use it most. I know several people who have both Verizon and Tmobile and they both get good reviews. Tmobile is definitely cheaper than Verizon. Luckily I get a discount on Verizon at my work.

I had T-mobile and when i lived in my parents house, it was okay-i mean okay-not great, but i could make a call, it would come in and out, but it was a call. I then moved in with my FH, 8 BLOCKS AWAY from my parents house.....and i couldn't make a call at all-unless i was hanging outside the door-which isn't ideal for me - and even then i couldn't understand what anyone was saying. I switch to Verizon, and I can get signal everywhere! I'm not a fan of T-mobile, its a nice price but i would be paying 30 bucks a month for calls i can't understand.

In my opinion T mobile is not only cheapier than Verizon there customer service and phones are too. I had them for the last 4 years with no complaint!!!

I have Verizon and LOVE it. I tried Cingular last year, and every other call was dropped. I tried 3 different phones. I couldn't even get service on the streets of Manhattan much less at home in my apt. I cancelled my contract....went with Verizon, and never looked back! I VERY RARELY drop a call, and I get service EVERYWHERE...in elevators, even in the tunnel to Penn Station. I LOVE IT!

Funny you should post this...it's a running joke with me and FH how much I hate verizon. I have T mobile and love it! i had verizon years ago and they had awful customer service. They are this huge company who thinks they are the best, so therefore they don't treat you well.....I say go T mobile they have treated me very well for over 5 years.
