Verizon Wireless..

Verizon Wireless..

is crap.... I send text messages or call people, and THEY'RE NOT GETTING THEM.

People are calling me, or sending me texts and I'm not getting them. Or I get them like hours later!!!!!

I'm so freakin tired of this crap.... Then they're nasty customer service are biatches.

Is anyone having problems with Verizon or could it just be my stupid phone?

I switched my phone to FH w/ the family plan from ATT which I had for years and loved - So far Verizon has been great. SOmeone told me you need to update your phone sometimes..I do not know if this is true.

press *228 and send, then #2. it should help with the service.

I have the en-v and it was great, but now it's crap!

I have updated my phone zillions of times too!!! That doesn't even work!!!!

We're thinking about switching to T-Mobile... Anyone have TMobile??

i totally HATE verizon, and once my contract is up, i am going someplace else, they have been nothing but trouble to me

I sent myself a pix msg the other day and didnt get it. But call them and see what the problem is because I really think going from Verizon to TMobile would be a step down. JMO

i personally love verizon, i have had them for 8 years now, i occasionally dont get text messages but that is nothing to the horror stories i hear about t-mobile, i wouldnt do it if i were you......

It might be....I have never had any problems in 2 yrs with them! I hae had At&T and Nextel and like Verizon the best.

I totally agree that going to Tmobile would be worse.

I'm a Verizon employee. Not wireless though. I deal with land lines. I do have a VZ wireless plan and love it. Maybe it's because I'm an employee. I always get great customer service. And my service never ever goes down. I have had the same service for about 10 years now and not one complaint. FH hates them so I guess there wont be any family plans in this house!
