This may seem like a stupid question but I am having some trouble visualizing today. Can you pair curtains with vertical blinds?

yes...its just that the rob has to be out from the wall further than the blinds. Also, if you have the 'cover' over the top of the blinds (the thing that covers the track to make it look finished off) you may want to take it down so your curtians will be closer to the blinds

You sure can. My mom has them in her hosue. She doesnt have a curtain, she has a scarf that is draped around the blinds
