Have a guilty pleasure day: turn off the stress of work, planning & other dtails 24 hours early. Give yourself an extra day before your wedding to decompress and indulge in your favorite single-girl activity, whether it's watching a soap opera or shopping - maybe for an adorable bikini for you honeymoon.
Eat: SERIOUSLY. It's easy to forget when you feel overwhelmed, but if you don't, it'll just make you crankly.
Trust the PROS: you hired these people for a reason, now let them be responsible for doing their job! You don't need to confirm 50 times, believe me: they know when your wedding is.
Roll with it: inevitably, the roses will be the wrong shade of pink, your hair won't look exactly like Eva Longoria's, and a bridesmaid will wear a wacky accessory. remind yourself, IT DOESN'T MATTER! The important thing is that you are part of a happy couple, enjoying your day. That vibe is infectious and distunguishes a great wedding from a good one.
