Very P- off Bridal Reflections - Carle PLace.

Small disclaimer: I am not a bridezilla or at all. I have the patience of a saint. but when you talk about my family I got bat s - crazy.



So I havent been on here in a while because I have been focusing on finishing my school year with assessments in my classroom. (whatever) My niece who is my MOH went for her 2nd fitting of her dress. When we went the first time the zipper bubbled in the back because she a butt. We explained to the taylor what needed to be done. We paid for the alterations.
Fast foward today.

2nd fitting. The dress looks like it has never been touched!! My mother starts to rant about how this is unacceptable and how it needs to be done.
they say they are going to make it happen. My wedding is in 2 weeks!

I call asking to speak to the manager calming explain to her what is going on and how it is unacceptable. She proceeds to tell me that maybe its my nieces body! I flip out.. and say bottom line if your taylor was good she would have it fitted and it wouldnt look like the dress wasnt done and Dont ever say its my nieces body that is the problem. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY.

Don't be scared, all the other times I have been there I have been SO happy with their service! Since I am only 2 weeks away and had a few snafus this week I was on edge but I held it together.


I have heard so many other good reviews from there so I feel good about it. I know by the time I pick up my dress it will be perfect!

so far i've had mostly good experiences, but the ppl at the front desk are rude.

they lost my appt for bm dresses and then were so rude about it, claiming that i should know who i spoke with on the phone and that i should have called the day before to confirm with them!



don't worry everything will work out, try not to have a stressful 2 weeks!
