FH said that after we come home from the cruise that he was going to stop smoking (he's been consistantly smoking a pack and half). Well today marks 1.5 weeks and he has not had one single cigarette since that Monday after we got back! He even passed his greatest test of all - getting drunk at our memorial day BBQ and resisting the urge to have one (in all honesty, I thought that was going to be his downfall LOL).
And he is doing this cold turkey which is what amazes me most. We got pacthes and the gum for him from NYQuits but he refuses to use them. He says he can do this on his own. Hope he can keep it up!

That is so great! I quit 4 and a half months ago cold turkey and haven't had one even when drinking. Now I just gotta work on FH! Tell your FH to keep going!
