very upset with CLM

i kno a lot of you are having ur RH at CLM, well i have called 4 times to make an appointment, each time the woman tells me the guy is busy he will call me back, so she takes my name, number and such and then the guy never call backs, so after the 4th time i asked for him directily, that it was necessary for me to speak to him, she told him he left for the day
*** is this? i have heard nothing but AMAZING things from you girls about this place, why am i having such a hard time getting an appointment, its goin on 2 weeks now...

That is messed up, but all I can think of maybe because it is busy season. But if you are calling during the week someone should call you back.

oh no! thats really upsetting to hear. Maybe take a trip there one day during the week in the early afternoon so you know that whoever it is you need to speak to hasnt 'left for the day'. I'm starting to get aggressive about this now!

Have you tryed calling during the week? That is usually the best time. I have called them and spoken to Lou but, I have heard Neil is the one you want tot talk to. I am having problems with The Riviera but, I still like the place just want to switch BM. Who is it that you are trying to get a hold of?

When I went to visit I just 'popped up'. I took a chance because they could have said no to me. 'appt only'. But, yes that is disheartening if you called and no one responded

keep calling and tell them that they didnt respond to your other calls...it is prime wedding season so they are probably really busy...I have had that happen with a couple of reception halls..its annoying but it happens...keep trying its worht it trust me!

colleen i promise it is beautiful...call and tell them that you are disappointed that they never returned yor call and are really interested in coming to see them...we have beenworking with lou and nick is really wonderful as well. Trust me when you go there and then go to a tasting (even if you dont think you want to book...just go...) it is amazing...we knew immediately!

Sorry! Crashing from 07!!!

I'm getting married there in 3 months and sometimes it takes a few days to get back to me about stuff because they are really busy right now.

I don't know if a guy named Neil works there, but Nick is my maitre'd and I have spoken to Lou when Nick isn't around.

I have to go there on Wednesday to finalize my menu, FM me if you want and I can give Nick your number when I go... sometimes I don't kow about those receptionists.....

Sorry you're having a problem with them, Nick really is super awesome.

also depends onwhen you call. If you are calling and weekedns dont expect them to be able to get back to you this time of year there are parties all day long. Your best bet would probably be mondays or tuesdays! It is a very busy time of year for them! are you calling to ask a question or make an appointment to look at the hall? if you war calling to make an appointment make it with the girl at the desk.
