Very upset with my photographer

So far he has let me down big time... First I hated our engagement pictures, then we ended up ordering two 8x10's of the the epictures (that i hated) for our parents.. that was over 2 months ago and they have not got them in yet (as of last week) and i keep calling them and noone has been picking up for a week now. UGH.

the squeeky wheel gets the oil. i'd' def be upfront about your expectations and misgivings. sorry this didn't just work out the way we all hope it does. it's scary when the photog is unreliable. GL
