VFW, KoC, American Legion, and linen rentals

Hi ladies. I asked this on lifamilies but I figured to try here.

I'm looking for a hall to rent for my sons christening, I'm surprised at how many use their own caterers and won't let you bring in your own food. I'm looking in the malverne, lynbrook, rvc, Franklin square, NHP areas.
I'm also looking for a place to rent linens. Suggestions?

I had my sons christening party at Seaford American legion hall. It was great! I also catered food from tomato & basil in merrick.

Friends of ours recently had their daughter's christening at the KoC in Floral Park and they brought in their own food.

Have you tried your local firehouse? Most of them allow you to rent out the room and you can bring in your own food/catering

check it this web site! they are not VFW or KofC but they have a huge just if rental places! good luck!!

I had FH Surprised 30th at the American Legion in RVC and it was great! Joe is a pleasure to work with and so accommodating. I brought all of my own food/drinks. That's one of my family's favorite places to have parties - I'd say I've been to about 7 or 8 there and they have all been awesome!
