Viana Hotel Shuttle Question

Is anyone using the free shuttle offered by the Viana hotel? I was thinking last night that being that it is a 14 passenger limo, how will everyone get back to the hotel after the wedding? If we have more than 14 people, which is very likely the shuttle will have to make multiple runs...What are people going to do in the meantime? I imagine it will take at least 40 minutes per run.

Anyone else work through this issue???

I am using them also, but my reception is at Jericho Terrace so the trip isn't as long. Maybe they'd be able to provide a second shuttle for a fee?

We will use them. Viana uses Camelot, also our limo company. So I will ask people to RSVP for the after party, then consider how many guests also have to get back to the hotel, and then book additional if needed. I want to avoid any drinkers driving if at all possible and I don't want people to wait around for a ride back either.

Yeah exactly. I dont want people to wait around either. We called Viana and asked what we they can do - hoping they will do two shuttles and cut the time in half (1 hour instead of 2).

Update they told me if 20 rooms book we will be provided an additional shuttle and possibly a third depending on how many rooms.
