talked to our priest today and he said we can skip FOCCUS and just do the pre-cana classes only.

yay.

We're not getting married by the church but were going to at one point. We did the FOCCUS and I actually like it. It made for some good conversation between us. They just handed us the results and saw where we differed.

lucky we are finally going Sunday for our FOCCUS test results we took the darn thing LAST Feb oh and mind you we finished pre cana in Nov.

OMG its about time!!!!! at least your finnally getting it back

i didnt think foccus was too bad. i hated precana though

FH and I actually just went over our FOCUS test today and I actually think it was really good. It's not just about religion, it covers many areas of a marital relationship and starts really good discussion that doesn't always come up on its own. I'd personally recommend doing it if you have time. It didn't take long (we went twice, once to take the test, once to go over it, each were an hour TOPS) and really was painless and insightful. I think anything to help improve communication is good for a relationship.

lucky!!!! we have precana this weekend. couldnt do it without doing the foccus thing. yea it def made for some interestting conversation!!
