Anyone not have a videographer at their wedding and regret it now?

FH says its waste but I think I want one but $$ is tight.

Definitely get video, otherwise you may regret it. I highly recommend Starlight Studioz, been awesome dealing with them and will work with your budget.

I'd suggest trying to find a way to make it work. Look into just raw footage. Some videographers offer this package for less than 1k. The whole day is on film and you get all of it, but none of it is edited. However - my friend is a film editor and he assured me that with a days worth of footage, you can always go back and have it edited into a shorter cinematic video later on (if/when money isn't so tight.)

Like your FH, I thought that a video was a waste of money, for our wedding and decided not to get one - what a mistake I made!!!!!! You miss out on hearing the joy, seeing the movements of everyone. Ultimately, we were given a trailer of our wedding for free and like the saying goes' you get what you pay for' It was not good quality and I regret not spending the money for hire a profesional

I almost didn't get video. after everyone said I'd regret it and a few months went by I decided to go for it. yes you will probably only watch it like twice but it's nice to have that option.

You should get one video is the best way to capture people doin funny dance move or seeing other sayin best wish you on video is a nice thing...
