My videographer just bailed on me for my August 2012 wedding. He just realized he's had someone else booked for my date after we sent in the contract and deposit.
Does anyone know a modern video company that has packages close to $1,000?

Try Rob Coupe from Couped-Up Productions. He does fantastic work, slightly above your price range, but not as much as GT Modern Creations, whose work I thought was also excellent.

That really stinks! I agree you should try GT Modern Creations.... I just booked with them. They are a little bit more money but everything is included. And their work it AMAZING!

they are worth every penny :) as a GT bride I will promise you that you will love everything about them and their work! My wedding highlight was amazing and my wedding video is to die for...not to mention all the little things they do for their brides...i wont tell their secrets though ;)

We're using Studio 27, and I'm obsessed with them. I can't speak to final product because I'm not married yet, but honestly they are the vendor I am most excited about using! They were really good with us on price; don't know what exactly you could get for $1000, but I'm sure they would work with you!
