Video for Ceremony Only

Hi All,

My fiance and I recently decided to have only our wedding ceremony. Is anyone else doing this? Any recommdations and/or quotes would be appreciated!

We are thinking about just having the raw footage done, but then my co-worker gave me info for her videographer and its so inexpensive compared to what is out there! Hope this helps

We're using Myther Ganibe (http://www.mytherganibe.com). He was really affordable but has amazing work to match it.

Have any of you girls hired a videographer for ceremony only though? Do they do just that?

I may do Ceremony Only as well. This is more because I sometimes don't like the feel of having a video camera on me all the time. I know sometimes guests can feel uncomfortable as well...and the lights can be annoying.

I believe 'Fade to Black', 'Couped Up' and 'I Do Video' are 3 companies that will do ceremony only. I think $500 is the min. Some of them will do the entire wedding for only a few hundred more for raw footage.

i am having someone video but i'm getting the raw footage at the end of the night - this way i can see it immediatly and i am able to put my own movie together because i know how - it saves so much money getting the raw footage if you know how or someone you know knows how to put a movie together :)

it definitaly is possible. i was originally going to do just ceremony but after meeting with my videography i couldnt say no to booking for the whole day. his work is amazing and video & photo are the most important part of your day and in the end is the only thing you have left for years to come. im using Golden Moments. they are a vendor on here. check out the work. they will work with your budget as they did with me. good luck
