So, me and FH are still having a problem finding someone for video. We are not looking to pay over a 1000 and that's pretty much set it stone. The 2 places we have seen so far, who also did photography, wanted over 2000 and they were also not flexible with taking away stuff. For example, I do not want to be videotaped getting ready and I only need 1 dvd, not 3. I only want it taped from the church on. Can someone recommend anyone in the SI, BK or NJ area. I know there's alot of LI vendors on here, but we rather keep it local.

I have also been researching for video too. I also didn't want to spend over 2k, which is where I was running into difficulty.
The ones in my price range, I didn't care for their samples - it wasn't what I was looking for in a video. But, then I found Couped Up productions, and the style is exactly what I have been looking for and his prices are very reasonable. I spoke with him last week, his name is Rob and very nice and he will be driving to a Starbucks by us to discuss everything. I am hoping all goes well. You should check him out, I really liked his work and I believe he is a vendor on here and and all the reviews I have seen have been very good. I have been very picky, so it's been a challenge! I would check him out.

Yes, they emailed me and they are def in our price range. FH is being a pain though and doesn't want to travel further then the BK, NJ area..

He is meeting us at a Starbucks 2 min from where we live. Right now, he is in between studios, so he has offered to meet at a location convieient for us. So, it worked out perfectly!

we are using couped up also. we never met with rob, but i spoke to him on the phone and was very happy. after doing loads of research, i think his is the best quality in that budget.

Have you tried Orange Films? He has a package on his site that is $1495 but maybe if there is some stuff you wanted taken away he would work with you on the price. It might be worth looking into.
