Videographer?

Videographer?

My fiance would like to have a videographer during our special day. I disagree and I feel that it is not necessary especially if we have a great photographer that will catch every moment.

Ladies, how do you feel about this? I'm scared that I am going to regret not having one.

I know for a fact that I would regret not having one... My parents gave their camera to a family friend at the wedding - we LOVE watching their wedding video and hate that it's terrible quality and that there isn't more to it...

Get one! Photography is great but static. It doesn't capture all details in the same way a video does. You'll have members of family and friends beautifully preserved on film for years to come. You can show it to your children and give yourself a way to remember more about your special day.
If you don't want to spend much $$ there are several reasonably priced videographers out there.

Its entirely up to you.

But I personally don't have it in the budget for one, nor do I really want one. Pictures are enough for me

id say get one! and alot of places do packages with the photo or have separate ones for video that aren't crazy expensive...but if your totally dont want one id save the money n put it toward something u def do want

I def think you should get it. My sister wasn't gonna have one then decided to. There's so much that happens and goes on that you won't see/miss. Reactions, dances, speeches. Plus its great cause you're kids get to see they're mommy and daddy get married. It's also a nice way to have loved ones voices captured in case theyre ever not here anymore

If you can find it in your budget to do it, I would. It's a definite for me....and I think that if it is important to your FH, you should go for it.

i think it's a great idea having a videographer along with a photographer. i'm glad i had both because when the day ends this is all that you have.
