I have heard of the videographer starting at the church and I have also heard of him starting at the house during preparation. I was just curious as to everyone's thoughts....I am setting up a meeting with videographers and was just wondering everyone's opinion...

Re: Videographer Question
Due to money constraints, we are having our videographer start at the ceremony and then go to the reception. Though, I really don't want to be videographed while I am getting ready. I think my photographer will be enough to document that part of the day for me!! Good luck at your meeting!!

Re: Videographer Question
My videographer is coming to my mother's house at 10am and staying with us the entire day (our reception ends at 11:30pm). He doesn't charge overtime charges either so it's a part of his package. His prices are a little higher than other videographers but I loved his style and all the extras he is giving us for our video so that's why I'm paying more. You can FM me if you want more info. Hope this helps

Re: Videographer Question
It's totally up to you and if you want to spend it. I was thinking about it and then I thought... do I really need a video of me without make-up on getting ready?!? LOL! I decided I'll do the pics of me getting ready and the video will be the ceremony on... My video said most of the time they just use it for clips in the begining of the video anyway.

Re: Videographer Question
Thanks ladies for your ideas and thoughts - I was thinking maybe the video can start as I walk out of my parent's house once I am completely done and ready to go to the church
