Should you include the Vienesse (or mini Vienesse in my case) on your menu, and if so, how do you phrase it?
Thanks!

I don't know the answer but I have a question: what does the mini Viennese at the Fox Hollow consist of? I'm thinking of doing it but I don't know...

The only thing I can remember that's included in the mini Viennese at FH is pastries...I'm sure there's also cookies, cake, maybe chocolate covered fruit. I have a bunch of things I need to ask them about...so if you want me to ask about this, TwoBugs, I'll ask and post the answer for you.

Re: Vienesse - question
I think the mini-vienesse is where they put platters of pasteries on each table as opposed to the regular vienesse where the big tables come out on the dance floor and people get up to makes their selections. I'm also assuming that there is a smaller (but still generous) selection with the mini.

Re: Vienesse - question
It sounds amazing...my mouth is watering just thinking of all the desserts! I definitely like the idea of having trays on each table rather than one gigantic one, so if that's the case, I am seriously going to look into this.
Does anyone know the charge pp?

Re: Vienesse - question
I think it's $5 or $8 per person for the mini and $10 per person for the regular.

Re: Vienesse - question
I would just put lump it with wedding cake, dessert, coffee, tea at the bottom of the menu.

Re: Vienesse - question
I plan on putting it on the bottom with desserts. Maybe wedding cake on one line and vienesse tables on another?
