what does the 'service charge' in our contract cover as in tipping wise. Who does this cover?

I'm at a diff Lombardi location & they said that the only person we need to worry about is the MD

eta: FH & I will still tip other people tho (i.e. bridal attendant, bartender, etc.) I always over tip
