Villa Lombardi's vs Bellport CC

I have finally narrowed it down to two venues! Both have the date I want available in July 2016. I am in love with both and I cannot decide! Any suggestions including pros and cons to both or if you have been to a wedding or getting married at either or?

Thanks so much!

Villa Lombardi's vs Bellport CC

Hi! I'm getting married at Bellport Country Club in May 2016! I only visited 2 other venues (Timber Point & West Sayville) before this one, and once I stepped into Bellport I knew it was the one. I've never actually been to a wedding here, but I know people who are getting/have gotten married here and they have nothing but great things to say! I went for a food tasting before booking and that sold us right away! Everything we ate was awesome. I also loved that you can choose any alcohol/type of beer you want (whereas at the Lessings venues you had to upgrade to get more beer selections and liquor). They also give you $2pp credit for centerpieces. The only con I've thought of was the outdoor ceremony in the garden (because its right next to the tennis court, so just have to make sure nobody is playing on the courts on that time which Robert said he will make sure there won't be) - I loved the ceremony views at Timber Point & Sayville better but that ultimately wasn't a deal breaker.

As for Villa Lombardis, I live about 2 minutes from here and have never been for a wedding, but have been for sports awards dinners and sweet 16s. I don't remember the food standing out to me, but I don't remember it being bad either. I don't like that they have more than 1 wedding at a time, and you will definitely see people from the other party since there's the 1 bathroom and 1 lobby area right out there (but that's just my preference).

I do know that my place where I am getting married, Irish Coffee Pub, also owns the Bellport Country Club. So I can tell you the food will be amazing.

I have heard great things about Villa Lombardi's too. Haven't personally experienced it though.

My sister got married at villa Lombardi's and the cocktail hour food was INCREDIBLE!! Dinner was good but not as over the top amazing as cocktail hour. This is coming from a very picky Italian family :)
