Villa Lombardi tasting

Did any of you go to the tasting and expo at Villa Lombardi's last night? What did you think of the food?

I am getting married there and went to the one last June- They only have it in the spring and havent decided on a date yet for this spring- I constantly check the website for dates. It will probably be in June again I heard.

Great! Thank you! Good to know! My mom and I were joking that we were just going to invite all of our guests to their Bridal Event for $20pp and call it our wedding! lol. We had a great time at that one last year. Hopefully it's a date and time that my FH can go, too! It's a 'night out!'.

It was 10 dollars last June and 10 at Villas 2 weeks ago. Did the price go up? Oheka is 20 tomorrow night- my sister and I are going. Are you?

oh... good! I think I had '20' in my head because that's what it was for me and my mom. Great! Even better! I'm not going to Oheka (for now... ya never know if I'll change my mind... do you know what time that one is?), but I'm going to Jericho Terrace tonight.

I wish my place had one!

Oheka is 5-9 and they are having florists, bands, and all the other stuff plus some food and champagne. www.oheka.com- Your place doesnt do showcases? My FH's cousin got married at the Crescent Club and it was great!! My good friend grew up right there in Bayville but she got married at Sans Souci.

Is the tasting at Lombardi's on the Sound different from the one at Villa? I thought both places use same chefs and food is exactly the same, no?

Almost exactly the same- just different atmosphere- because in June we were sitting oustide on the deck overlooking the sound with all the sailboats out

yeah me too... i had two plates
and my fh had i think at least three, i lost count!!
LOL i lost him at the cake table...

everything was SO delicious!! they are known for their food there as well as tremendous amounts of it!!

omg i remember... i was there!! it was AMAZING, my fh still talks about how great it was!!!
