Has anyone went to see this RH? Their website doesn't have many pictures and i want to know if it is even worth going to see.
Thanks!

Re: Villa Lombardi's
40 places?! That would take us over 2 years! I only get 2 weekends a month off (I'm a doctor and my schedule suc*s hardcore, so two weekends off when if i'm lucky), and we didnt wanna kill ourselves by seeing more than 1-2 RHs a weekend so i'm totally cutting out the places that i kinda just put on the list cause they looked decent. We saw the Sand Castle last weekend and totally fell in love so i dont wanna waste time. I kinda am worried that i'm not seeing EVERYTHING, but i just can't be bothered any more lol. We went to at least 2 or 3 that were a complete waste of a weekend!!!
I still wanna check out CLM, which was always high on my list...so i refuse to take that off the list. But I pretty much took off all the NJ halls cause i hate the GWB and i don't want people sitting in traffic. There were a few others i took off the list too.
We shall see how everything works out!

I'm in the process of looking too and Villa Lombardi's is spectacular! It was the first place FH and I looked at. It is extremely clean and the food is amazing (my cousin got married there). CLM is also an amazing venue.
Good Luck

maybe it was like 36 but yeah I saw every place within an hour of me on long island lol. I didn't want to miss anything. fh never gets off since he's working and interning so we have to go like Tuesday nights when he's out of work which is why he's only seen 1 place out of the 10. CLM was nice. you ride in on a boat for the cocktail hour.

Re: Villa Lombardi's
Yessss! so worth it! I'm booked there. I'm getting married in November, after daylight savings, so I wanted a place that has gorgeous grounds, and places to take pictures inside as well. This place is perfect. after you walk up to the door on the beautiful walkway, you walk into a huge foyer, that is just perfect. They also have the fountains outside that lights up at night for the perfect pictures. Also, I have never heard one bad thing about the food, and there is A LOT of it! gl

I used to work for the Lombardi's and you can guarantee 110% that the food will be amazing on your day. That is what they specialize in. We looked at Villa's and Lombardi's on the Sound and thought they were a little pricey for what we were looking for. But def great places!

I have been to a sweet 16 and a wedding there - it's beautiful and the food is amazing! It was too far east in LI for us to book, but we def considered it.

Re: Villa Lombardi's
There are some pictures in my album from my wedding there that might be a little more helpful.
I am not saying this because I had my wedding there, but they really did do an excellent job. The food is excellent, the service was great and they truly know what they are doing.
I am an event planner so I was leary about a lot of places, but after several meetings with them, I knew they would take care of everything that night and they did.
I do recommend them highly.
