Villa Lombardis and Fox Hollow
Would any of you happen to have prices for Villa Lombardi's Glass Pavilion room or The Fox Hollow's Winter Garden Pavillion for 2011. Not sure on what month yet so any info you have would be great :) :) :)I emailed them but of course you have to set up an appointment to meet with them to get prices, which I'm not ready for!
Also, if you have any suggestions on rooms that are like the Glass Pavilion or Winter Garden room, please do suggest!! I really like the look of these two rooms- clean, plain, like bringing the outside in.
TIA! TIA!

Re: Villa Lombardis and Fox Hollow
Villa Lombardis was asking 100 pp and that includes tax and grat. This is for a sat. night in the winter. They also said they would throw in chair covers and a choc fountain for no extra charge.

Re: Villa Lombardis and Fox Hollow
TessMike- do you know how many people the Glass Pavilion holds? I was hoping to perhaps have my reception there but haven't actually gone to see the size yet! I guess it might be too small! Ahhh!

Re: Villa Lombardis and Fox Hollow
The Glass Pavilion room is used for the CH for weddings at Villa. I know they do showers and whatnot in the room, but I do not think an actual wedding. The dining room directly adjacent to it is called the Pavilion room, and that is my room. It's the smaller of the two dining rooms, and can fit around 200 comfortably I would say using the round tables. Good Luck!

Re: Villa Lombardis and Fox Hollow
thanks for the advice ladies :)i'll definitely be going to check it out soon.
i'm kind of sad that they don't do the actual reception there, just the cocktail hour. i really like the feel of that room from what i see of the pix on their website. it's the clean, white room that i've been looking for and have a hard time finding..
i guess i'll just keep looking!

Re: Villa Lombardis and Fox Hollow
when you said a clean white room it made me think of flowerfield in st. james! did you look there? absolutely beautiful..& when you mean white do you not want a wooden dance floor because i think they might :( ..my fiance was like that he wanted a marble one?? which majestic garden's in rocky point does have that's also a nice & white room! hehe

Re: Villa Lombardis and Fox Hollow
thanks for the recommendations gbella! i checked out the flowerfield website and it looks really nice. kind of what i'm going for. i guess ideally, i would love a loft in brooklyn, but that's way too expensive, so i'm trying to find some place with the same feel- airy, lots of windows, white, modern space.i'll look at majestic gardens now!
thanks so much i really appreciate your help!!! :) :) :)

Re: Villa Lombardis and Fox Hollow
You should also take a look at Chateau Briand.there is a modern feel, but no windows.
There is also a really cool outdoor space, but I don't know if a full reception could be out there.
