I am getting married at Villa Lombardi's this Novemeber and I too am at a loss. I have not had the opportunity to sit down with our wedding coordinator and make choices on foods, linens and stuff like that.
My girls are wearing taupe dresses with chocolate sashes (Bill Levkoff 451) so i am going with the browns, reds, oranges and yellows.
I havent actually found a centerpiece I loved anywhere and I havent really focused on the bouquets. I am sure we are going to work mango callalillies in the girls bouquets and the guys boutineres (I can not spell). Not sure if I will include mixed roses or not.
I am not sure if that helps at all.
I think once you get your colors picked, the flowers will fall into place and then the cake. That is what I am hoping for.
I am not sure what the deal is with linens at Villa, do they offer different colored ones or is that additional $$?

I have no idea about the linen colors since Im so far from doing that. I know they are getting a whole new selection of them in soon. That is what my BM said. Who is your BM? Mine is Jenny love her!! What room are you having your reception in? I'm a little confused about this but I need to get that cleared up -lol

We are having ours in the bigger room that is to the left when you are facing the stairs.
I just left a message with a receptionist. We dont have an assigned BM bc we booked in March of last year and he has since left.
I will let you know what they say.

Does anyone know where the seating cards are placed at Villa?I have never been to a wedding there so I have no idea.

my sister-in laws wedding was there. the place cards are on a large armoire type of furniture on the right side of the door to the room

They put the place cards on a table in the CH room. They move them to the dresser near the reception room door after CH is ending and if there are any that have been unclaimed. That's what they did for my wedding.

As for the linens, I went with ivory napkins and ivory underlay for the table. I think those are your only choices, the tablecloth is always ivory. They had colors, but they kind of advised against it because it would take away from the room, and I agreed, the plain ivory were the nicest.

Thanks ladies. I still haven;t gotten to see pics of the larger room so i can get an idea what my wedding is going to look like... I have to go there when a wedding is going on to tell i guess.
