Villa Lombardi's - Past and Future brides...

I am looking at Villa Lombardi's for a surprise b-day party for my DH next Feb. I got a quote of $56.00 pp for a Sunday evening in Feb. This includes full bar, 2 stations - pasta and carving, 7 chafing dishes, and butler service - similar to a cocktail hour set up. It seems a little high especially after seeing some brides pay just a bit more for a full sit down dinner wedding? What do you think?
