They were really helpful in picking dresses that you might not otherwise try on. Also they let you take pictures so snap away!!!

they are so nice! They pulled out dresses i would never have even thought. and I swear i thought it was the one, but then realized i wanted something more. But, they have a pretty good selection and they are helpful.

AWESOME I loved them but am soooooooooo upset the dress I want they dont have and cant get because they dont have an account with the designer I will probably get the bm dresses from there they were sooooooooo nice and helpful

They were ok. They were very distracted when I went (even though I made an appointment) Apparently this other person w/o an appointment was there before me so the woman assigned to me was helping her with BM dresses. Well when I showed up, the woman was still there trying on BM dresses and the proceeded to TAKE MY FREAKIN DRESSING ROOM WITH MY DRESSES IN IT!! I had to wait for the freakin biatch to finish before I could try on any dresses.
THe woman I had was ok but I felt like she should have kinda pushed that woman a little bit to get her out before i got there since I took the time to make an appointment and drive all the way out there. She should have also told the woman that she cannot try on a BM dress in the Bridal dressing rooms since they were busy.
They have some really nice dresses and the people there are nice

I LOVE THEM! They even called me over a month later to tell me they just got in Eve of Milady, which they knew I was interested in. I haven't experienced such dedicated help with any other vendor. I also work with one of their free wedding planners, Brittney, and she is a doll. She writes me and calls me with updates. I am so glad they got in Eves... they even had me in to see which ones I liked so they can use that in their decision making process for which samples to order. Can't say enough good things!
