village of brightwaters

we want to take pictures at the head of the harbor (gazebo area) in brightwaters since its close to our RH but we were told we have to send a letter to the mayor to get permission since we're not residents of brightwaters.

has anyone else had to do this? do you know if they respond quickly?

thanks but i already spoke with them and they told me i had to write to the mayor. just looking to see if anyone else has an experience with this.

The last 4 bridal parties I have been in all took photos there and they just went they didnt write a letter or anything.
