I started doing my research, and made an appointment this weekend to meet with the Vineyard Caterers. Any information I should know before I go out there? How flexable are they will negoitiating? We really only want to have about 125 people.

Sorry I can't help you with any info on them...just wanted to let you know that FSIL got married there about three years ago and her wedding was absolutely gorgeous...people were raving to her for months...we wanted to have ours there but they were out of our price range plus we can't get our guest list under 180...

We're getting married there and it's just georgous!!!! I go there any chance I can just to look again. You're probably going to meet with a guy named Bill, he's very professional and very nice. When we went there to look, he was giving us a tour and we ended up in the ballroom, standing on the dance floor and he spotted something on the floor.....he picked it up and had some guys come over and clean it up, it was just nice to see that he pays attention to detail... We're having like 250 guests so it was perfect for us and the grounds!!!! Perfect! Well good luck, let me know how it goes!

I am getting married there next week and have been working with Bill. We are also having around 125 and he has been great to work with. It is gorgeous there-good luck!
