So the girls that came on my Bachelorette Party and I decided that every year we are going to go away somewhere. Next year we decided on Virginia Beach. Can anyone suggest any hotels that they have stayed in? Not far from nightlife, beach, and most importantly FOOD!

Yes the Westin is nice and in a great area. Great prices too and nice sized rooms

Staying oceanfront is a necessity (Atlantic Ave)! It's obviously more expensive, but worth every penny!!! Also, stay close to the pier at 15th St. That's where all the action is. We stayed at the Fairfield and had an awesome time!!! My parents, aunt, uncle and sometimes other family members go to the Quality Inn every summer. They love the pool! But if you stay there you MUST get a first floor room - they have porches that lead strait out to the pool!

I saw the Westin but is it walking distance to the beach and everything else? It looks AWESOME!
I'll look into the other hotels too. This really helps. I'm obviously not going to book anything just yet but if I find that one of these hotels RULES I'm totally booking!

I'm gonna say you don't want to be 'walking distance to the beach'... You're better off beach front. And here's why: All that stuff you carry to the beach--- You want to walk across the street and down a block to the beach, then down the beach? What if you have to go to the bathroom? I don't think there are public toilets on the beach.
