The band I am looking into is actually Visione (with an 'E') I think it may be an Italian- American band.. different than the band Vision from Franklyn Wayne (which is also very good!)

I don't know about Visiones, but I recommend checking out Code Bleu. They're awesome and have a decent number of Italian songs on their song list.

Code Blue is actually my number one choice so far... the FH is not yet convinced. He liked Paris -- they do alot of Italian and Latin as well-- there sound was a little too clubby for me.
Have you heard code blue sing in Italian?

Only one song. You need to hear them do Chante Partiro. They did it at a showcase that we went to and we were floored. I come from an Italian family but FH and I don't really like Italian music so we weren't going to have any played (my father was not happy about this ). However, as soon as they finished that song, FH turned to me and said 'Book'em and they're playing that song!'
You won't be disappointed!

ahaha.. thats great. We were probably at the same showcase We saw them a couple of weeks ago at the Millridge Inn. (Jan 27)
Glad you loved them! I have a feeling we will end up going with them.. but we shall see.. Hopefully they will not be booked by the time we finally get around to deciding. My friend had them at her wedding and they were great, we danced all night. Did you see any other bands?
Btw really impressed-- you and the FH are moving quick with getting your vendors. GO YOU!

LOL about the Italian songs.. and your dad. Its so hard to please everyone.. my FH family is Italian and my parents love the music too so we are looking for a nice mix... its been tough to find.

Lol, I WAS at that showcase. We were the ones that got up and during it and went to the back to to book them.
We also saw their other two bands, Skyline and Rhapsody. I liked Skyline too, didn't really like Rhapsody. But Code Bleu was by far my favorite.
I am booking everything fast. Being that my wedding is a Saturday night in June, I figured I should do it all sooner than later. Also, I want to have mostly everything done way ahead of time so I'm not going crazy for the months leading up.
