And they are almost done with the rennovations!!!
The new marble dancefloor is done on the first floor. They completely rennovated the lobby, in all marble, with a marble fireplace. As for the second floor, bathrooms have been installed and the room has been enlarged, 3 more windows have been installed for a complete 360 view of the water!
And a stage has been created for the band/dj. The new window treatments are up. They also rennovated the out door staircase to the gazebo. And so much more.

So excited to see it. They have surpassed my expectations. Totally gorgeous!!!

I stopped by there last week for the first time in a while and I was super impressed with the renovations. After seeing how increasingly classy the Venetian Yacht Club has become, I am more excited than ever!
In addition, the catering director Bill Kennedy, spent two hours with my mother and me, showing us the changes and answering my LONG list of questions. Having spent many years in the hospitality field myself, I must admit that Mr. Kennedy made a great impression. His experience with high profile venues is evident in his suggestions and advice.
Mostly importantly, when I walked out of the Venetian Yacht Club, I was not only impressed with the aesthetics of the place, but, also relieved that specifics of my big day are in good hands.
Now I can be anxious about something else such as... Invitations!

I am so excited to hear about all the renovations... I think I might have to stop in this weekend and see all the new things.
