I got a message saying that my dress is in and 'I can make an appointment to visit it.' Do you think that means a fitting for alterations? I'm not ready for that -- and I'm seeing you girls are saying alterations should be about 2 months before (I'm at 4 months -- almost.)

I went for a visit. They don't do fittings but, they let you try it on and make sure it's exactly what you ordered.

I highly recommend that you 'visit' you gown. This just ensures that it is the right gown and that there aren't any flaws in it

Agree, I visited my dress and even tried it on last week. I do recommend visiting your dress to make sure its what you ordered. I didn't have to pay a thing because it doesn't count as your first fitting. I also wanted to make sure if I needed to lose more weight. The waist was perfect, I need to fix the chest area.
