I'm trying to DIY my eparty invitations, but we found this amazing image that we want underneath the vellum paper and in order to get the quality we want, it would probably result in purchasing a new laser jet printer- I'm thinking about just uploading the image and having VistaPrint make them! I'll still do all the rest- tell me what you think ladies?!?!? TIA

Re: VistaPrint???
Just beware... I placed an order from them, and when I checked out it said exactly what I had ordered. However, when I got my order confirmation they had doubled the quantity! I emailed them several times, but they shipped it anyway. They never responded. When I received the order I sent 1/2 of it back and wrote 'refund due, did not order!' all over the package. I still haven't gotten a refund or heard from them.
I honestly forgot about it or I would have called... now I'm going to have to call tomorrow
And I just noticed that I'm not the first on on LIWeddings to have this problem with them:
I used them for the STDs I designed. It was cheap and easy.
DO NOT pay full price for anything there, though. There are coupons all over the internet. Type in 'Vistaprint Coupon' in Google, and you'll find tons of offers for 50% off, free shipping, free postcards, etc.

Re: VistaPrint???
I've heard that they sign you up for their 'club' or whatever without asking and you start getting charged a monthly fee. They're having all sorts of problems with the Better Business Bureau so if you do use them, watch your bank statements carefully.

i ordered from there several times with no problem ... you just have to be careful when completeing orders and just dont click on any offers ... this is how i think people end up getting chraged for things they didnt want

Nah it's not just that, they've got something shady going on. I checked my order when I was checking out and it said $19, but the confirmation email said $26. Even my bank statement has 2 seperate charges, they charged the $19 and then later charged another $7 when they doubled my order (quantity was doubled, obv not the price).
Plus, if they were a reputable business, you wouldn't have to be careful. That alone is a turn-off...

Same here... I disigned my own STD and loved how it came out other than the magnet was a little thin... but it worked and I got like 100 STD's and a free stamp all for like 20 bucks! Look for coupons! but beware! They email you like every day after you order for them sending you all of there specials!
ETA: my STD's are in my album- check it out!

Re: VistaPrint???
I had absolutely no problems w/ Vista Print. I designed my own STD in photoshop elements then uploaded it. I did think the magnet would be a little thicker, but honestly, i thought they came out great.
