So I had noticed a $14.95 deduction from my checking account from Vistaprint recently and I never ordered anything... I checked a little further back and realized that I have been getting $14.95 taken out every single month since December 2009!!!
I called them up and asked what this was all about and they said that I had signed up for something or other and I told them I never did and whatever I am signed up for to cancel ASAP and I want my all my money refunded. I got an email back saying my subscription has been cancelled but we'll see if they actually refund the money.
Just be careful when you place your orders on there that you are not clicking any other sort of boxes and read the fine print. I never click any of those 'other offers' boxes when ordering on any site so I don't know what happened.

i had the same problem a few months ago, don't click any of the 'free' offers. if you catch it right away they are supposed to refund you.
