Anyone use VistaPrint? Were your experiences good or bad?

runnnnnnnnnnnnnnn- is all I can say.

I bought magnets from there and had to throw them away.

the magnets were like paper. I wound up getting my magnents from Magnet Queen and could be any happier.

Their's are the BEST quality IMO... order a sample and you will see for yourself.

I got business cards from them and the ink ran on the cards. I had to throw them away.....

I got my STDs from there and they came out great. No problems what-so-ever and everyone loved the magnets.

I bought my STD magnets from them - no complaints - yes they are very thin .. but they were so inexpensive compared to all the others!!
I also bought postcards to send out with the magnets whihc came out awesome and matching return address labels - no complaints. the price is right!

I got STD's and return address labels and no complaints whatsoever. Everyone was happy with them and it's still holding up on my fridge. I was very happy with them.

I've bought return address labels and 2 separate sets of invitations (e-party and DH's surprise party). I had no problems whatsoever.

I ordered my save the dates from them with original art that my cousin created based on their specifications for bleed trim and size. I ordered the proof of the image and it looked great. I get my order and they cut the magnets uneven as well as chopped off about a 1/4 of an inch too much.

I called them up to complain and they were more than accomodating, corrected the image and reprinted all of them for free. In the end I was happy but now I am set for life with magnets.

If you do order them, just so you know I used the slowest shipping method (21 days) and my order was at my apt about 4 days later. And it was around the holidays.

I only have good things to say about VistaPrint! I designed my own STD's and tried to order from another company (overnightprints.com) and they couldn't properly convert my file and were so slow to get back to me until they finally said it couldn't be done. Then I went onto VistaPrint and in a matter of minutes I was able to place my order for my STD postcards with my own design on the front and the back!

Also, sign up on their site and they'll send you tons of discounts! It's totally worth it. I don't know about the magnets, but for the postcards, I thought the quality was great, the service quick, and the price right!

I just got my STD magnets from them today. I designed them myself and within a couple of minutes was able to submit the design. I ordered them Friday or Saturday and they were here today. Yeah, they're a little thin, but no worse than if you were to make them yourself. Plus, most people aren't going to keep them so why spend the extra $$$ IMO. And they do send you TONS of discounts. In fact, I decided I'm going to do my postcards to go with the magnets through them, and they're so cheap.

I got my STD postcards there and have no complaints- but I did get them for free- they have GREAT sales and offers now and then so watch for them!

I used them for e-party invite, they were great, and def choose the 21 day ship, gets there much quicker, less then a week everytime.. i got business cards, and business and personal return labels never had issue.. when i got the e-cards, a few had a very small black line on the back almost looked like a mark from a feeder or something, i called them and they sent me 20 for free overnight!! they did screw up when they sent them, i paid extra for the linen paper and they came on plain paper, but i called and customer service(which i have to mention you never have to hold for very long) sent me out another 20 free and overnighted them again.. I think for the price its great!! and they always have something for free... def using them for STD trying to do that tonight actaully!

I actually just ordered the postacards and got them for free. The link for all of the specials is www.vistaprint.com/offer. So between the magnets and postcards, I only paid $75. That's super cheap. It's cheaper than printing them yourself and dealing with the headache of cutting and what not.

i have used them for work and for personal use
i just got my magnets on monday and they were not like paper at all
i did get the large ones but they are quite heavy, even the mailman said something to me!!

Same here..in fact, I ordered TWICE lol...with two different designs. They were postcard STDs and I have zero complints

I also had a good experience with them. I ordered custom designed return labels for my thank you cards and donation cards for the reception that came out really nice.
